Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to have all orders dispatched same day, but usually we dispatch within 48 hours. All goods available on the site are in stock for dispatch. Should for any reason there be an error you will be contacted and we will confirm the delivery date.

2. When will the order arrive?

We dispatch orders via Royal Mails first class postal system, and most orders will arrive next day after dispatch. All orders will be sent in plain packages and will fit through an average letter box.

3. My Delivery Address is Different From My Credit Card Address

Unfortunately we will only deliver to your card address. This is to ensure that we cut out any fraud

4.Is My Payment Secure

Yes we use WorldPay who are part of the Royal Bank Of Scotland. They handle all your card details and take the payments. The staff at The Condom Factory have no access to your credit card details

5.I Need to Return My Order

You have 14 days to return a product to use for a full refund. Please note that we will not accept any goods that have been opened, worn or used. The cost of the return will be born by the customer. A refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

6.My Order Hasn't Arrived

Your goods usually arrive the following day after you receive your dispatch email. If you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact us with your order reference. You can contact us through the contact us form at the top of the site
